How does our customer service measure up?

Our team shared an article from Real Business called “Developing an Authentic Customer Service Style.” The author Micah Solomon points out that pre-fabricated marketing and customer service just won’t cut it this day in age. Here at Copier Headquarters, we tend to agree with Micah!

Our customers have a variety of tasks that they need to complete every day. Some individuals are tasked with running the fleet of office equipment that their company possesses, locally and at other sites. Some companies are too small to have an IT staff. Our motto “speed of business” comes from the notion that our customers have a task to do that requires more bandwidth than dealing with the copier. Our goal is to have every avenue open to our prospective and current customers so they can get back to doing what they need to do. What ways can you ask Copier Headquarters for help or information?

  • Call us at 818.874.1200 or 805.532.9977- we answer every phone call live. Our goal is to get what we need, get you off the phone, and get your request processed.
  • E-mail us – Service@CHQS.com and Supplies@CHQS.com provide a direct link to our service and supply teams. Your request is always seen, regardless of sick days, vacations, or breaks – you come first!
  • Use our website – we have special pages dedicated to service requests, supply requests, and information requests.
  • Tweet @ us or comment on our Facebook page, the pages are monitored by our Director of Marketing who will either forward it to the right person or process it herself!

How does our customer service measure up? What avenues would you like to see opened up to help keep you at the speed of business?
