Reaching Out

It’s not just about us. We believe that we can make a difference in the wider community. We support a variety of causes, many of which have touched the lives of our employees. They include the Alzheimer’s Association, American Heart Association, some local schools and non-profits, and more. We stuff Battalion Buddy bears, which are given to the children of deployed service personnel, and collect food and toys for donations during the holidays.

All Work And No Play? No Way!

We offer a variety of contests during the year. For some, only salespeople are eligible. Others include the entire company. You’ll also enjoy other special days and outings.

LAS VEGAS CONTEST – This one is a crowd favorite! We frequently run a sales contest. If the company hits the target, everybody goes to Las Vegas!

DEPARTMENTAL FUN DAYS – Employees go on an outing with their entire department. It’s a great way to get to know your peers in a casual, fun setting. Past adventures have included golf, cooking classes, pottery classes, bowling, and escape rooms. You never know what’s coming next!

4TH QUARTER FRIDAYS – Traditionally, the 4th quarter is our busiest. As we close out the year, employees are treated to a little something extra each Friday. It could be a sweet treat, lunch, chair massages, a small gift, or even a pancake breakfast cooked up onsite by our CEO!

One of our favorite 4th Quarter Fridays is the Holiday Open House. Employees are encouraged to invite family and friends and show off their workplace while they enjoy delicious fare from a gourmet food truck.

R.E.D. FRIDAYS – Remember Everyone Deployed by wearing your red shirt on Fridays. 


We recognize exceptional performance in a number of ways. Awards include cash prizes and more.

REP OF THE QUARTER – For the sales rep who exceeds target by the highest percentage.

QUARTERLY FOUNDER’S AWARD – The winner is chosen for outstanding performance (this is a tough one to choose, though, because excellence is a way of life around here.)

ANNUAL FOUNDER’S AWARD – Chosen by the CEO from nominations for outstanding overall performance during the year. The winner of the annual award joins us on a President’s Club trip. 

PRESIDENT’S CLUB – Sales reps achieving a predetermined target can earn this trip. The winner of the President’s Award for the Year also takes part in this trip. Past trips have included Chicago, New Orleans, Phoenix, Napa, Vancouver, Nashville, and Lake Tahoe.

We use the EOS system for meetings and goal setting. Employee development goals are just as important as overall company goals. It is the continual drive to improve and reach new heights that keeps us motivated. All employees participate in this process.
