The GoodSuite Boutique Level of Service Guarantee is an assurance that we will arrive on site for a local service area copier/printer service call within 2 hours and respond to an IT service issue within 30 minutes.  If we do not, we will provide an Operation Gratitude Battalion Buddy stuffed teddy bear, in your name, to a child with a recently deployed parent.  We promise to keep you working at the speed of business with the least delay possible.

About Operation Gratitude

We have a close relationship with Operation Gratitude, a local charity that serves the men and women in our Armed Forces across the globe. Their Battalion Buddy program provides teddy bears to children whose parent is going to be deployed. Children all over the United States receive a token of comfort while their family serves. We send one on behalf of the customer for each equipment order we receive and have donated thousands of bears since 2017.

Complete Replacement Guarantee

We want you to be happy! If you are not totally satisfied with any of the multifunction copiers, printers, scanners, digital displays, or related accessories delivered under your agreement, GoodSuite will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or other equipment with comparable features and capabilities.

* Sufficient opportunity to remedy the equipment must be allowed before replacement is initiated. This Guarantee applies to all brands and types of equipment that have been continuously maintained by GoodSuite, or its authorized partner, under your agreement. This guarantee is good for the entire current lease period or three years (whichever is greater) for all new equipment and one year for “previously installed” equipment.
