Dear Mr. Strull, I am writing this note to let you know what a great job (your IT Team) did at my office today.

Steve came to install our new copy machine. I am the only one of four attorneys that uses an Apple computer. He was confident, professional and efficient in connecting all of us to the new system. Steve also taught us all how to use the new machine, scan documents and print directly from our individual computers. He never lost patience and maintained a very kind, helpful attitude throughout the entire process. Steve provided me and the rest of the staff in our office with a great experience.
