Dan Strull

Dan founded GoodSuite 28 years ago and has been steering the company's vision ever since. His leadership philosophy...

Dan founded GoodSuite 28 years ago and has been steering the company's vision ever since. His leadership philosophy is simple but powerful: focus on the people, both clients and employees, and everything else follows. Under his guidance, GoodSuite has experienced significant growth, evolving from its roots into a comprehensive technology partner for businesses.

Before launching GoodSuite, Dan worked in Xerox sales, where he developed the foundation for what would become his life's work. He's a USC graduate who believes in leading by example and staying connected to what matters. Outside the office, you'll find Dan hiking, playing pickleball, or training in karate.

Thomas is Chief Operating Officer at GoodSuite and has been with the company for approximately eight years, planning, directing, and coordinating operations activities across the organization. He ensures the development and implementation of efficient, cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs while driving key initiatives around acquisitions, leadership, and change management. What Thomas values most about GoodSuite is the people and the company's growth-oriented culture.

Before joining GoodSuite, Thomas worked for Xerox and holds an undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Phoenix. He enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time outdoors, cooking, exploring technology, and giving back to family and friends.

Brent has been with GoodSuite for eight years, leading revenue strategy across Managed IT, cybersecurity, print, and Cloud Phone Systems. He builds and manages the go-to-market strategy, from prospecting and pipeline creation to sales execution and coaching. His biggest accomplishment has been building and scaling GoodSuite's Managed IT and cybersecurity services.

Brent has coached soccer for 15 years, leading multiple teams to AYSO state finalist tournaments and helping players earn Division I scholarships, all while maintaining an undefeated streak across seasons.

Paul Cooper

Paul Cooper has been with GoodSuite since 1999 and was appointed President in 2017 after serving as Senior Vice President...

Paul Cooper has been with GoodSuite since 1999 and was appointed President in 2017 after serving as Senior Vice President. He leads the company’s strategic growth across major accounts, collaborates closely with senior leadership, and works hands-on with account executives to support key sales cycles and drive results. Paul is especially proud of building loyal, long-tenured sales teams and of maintaining client relationships spanning more than 20 years!

He holds an MBA with an emphasis in organizational behavior and statistics from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University. Outside of work, Paul serves as Youth Director for his church’s basketball program and oversees logistics and security for its annual festival. He also enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and the occasional round of golf!

Jodie is Senior VP of Client Experience at GoodSuite. With 11 years at the company, Jodie oversees imaging logistics, manages imaging technicians, and leads the charge on client experience, often stepping in as part of the company's firefighting team when challenges arise. She's proud of maintaining a 95.7% NPS rating, providing only the best support to our clients. Jodie thrives on the relationships she's built with both her coworkers and clients, which is what keeps her motivated every day.

She brings three decades of experience from Xerox, where she learned the business inside and out through hands-on work. When she's not at the office, you'll find her at her grandkids' games, out on the lake with family, or paddleboarding on a sunny afternoon.

Before joining GoodSuite, John worked as a service manager at another dealership. Outside of work, he's passionate about fitness, enjoys hiking, and explores biohacking to optimize health and performance.

His biggest accomplishment so far has been developing the finance team into a stronger, more cohesive unit. What draws Mark to GoodSuite is Dan's vision of having all employees invested in the business, a philosophy that creates real ownership and accountability across the organization.

Before GoodSuite, Mark served as Controller at various other companies and holds a degree from Pace University. Outside the office, he referees soccer games and volunteers his time preparing income taxes for low-income individuals in the community.

Before joining GoodSuite, Mark was the Network Engineering Team Lead for another MSP and received his education from WPI. A former hockey player, Mark now enjoys watching the game as a fan.

He holds a degree from San Diego State University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and hockey, coaches his daughters' soccer team, and loves spending time with his family.

Her greatest measure of success isn't found in a single milestone, but in making those around her feel cared for and encouraged every day.

Pam holds a bachelor's degree from Toccoa Falls College and worked in the same field before joining GoodSuite. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring different kinds of crafts.

He monitors SLO compliance, reviews ticket trends and escalations, and works closely with both help desk and project teams to maintain high service standards and drive continuous improvement. In 2024, Christian played a pivotal role in achieving a 120% increase in project sales by collaborating directly with clients to uncover strategic technology opportunities and align solutions with long-term business goals. He also partnered on the rollout of Blackpoint Cyber across the client base, helping elevate overall security standards and protect clients against evolving threats.

Christian thrives in GoodSuite’s small-team, big-vision culture, where collaboration comes naturally, and ideas quickly turn into action. Before joining GoodSuite, he worked at AT&T as a Client Solutions Executive. A proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, Christian enjoys staying active outside of work, spending his time disc golfing, hiking, exploring California, and traveling to visit friends and family.
