Sometimes copies or prints have lines or smudges and no one wants that! Here are three simple tips that will help prevent lines and smudges.

1. Keep the copier free of dust

o Using a Swiffer pad or simple cloth (no dusting spray), wipe the outer parts of the copier. Pay close attention to the document feeder and the glass

2. Clean the Glass

o Much like a cellphone screen, touching the glass can leave marks so cleaning the glass once a week will help reduce build up. Use

3. Check the drum units

o Lines can appear when a drum is on the last leg of usage. You should re-order a drum when there is 20% left by e-mailing Supplies@CopierHQS.com
