- Keep office doors closed. If your office equipment is in a special room or just in the general office space, try to limit the amount of exposure it has to outside air. Moisture and allergens in the air can settle inside the machine, causing issues that wouldn’t normally occur.
- Use an anti-dust cloth when wiping down the machine. Whether you choose something like Swiffer or a microfiber rag, make sure you are taking the particles away, not putting more in!
