When you get a new machine installed by Copier Headquarters, you get to work with our wonderful IT staff. Lucky you! Before our team comes on site, here are some things you need to know about the process.
We prepare. Before your machine is even installed, our team will ask a series of questions (see below). These questions allow our staff to predict any obstacles that may occur day-of and prevent their occurrence. Providing the information upfront saves time for you on your installation day. We get you running at the speed of business. When you get a new machine, we provide resources to make the transition to the new equipment as seamless as possible. While setting up the machine we do a printing and scanning consult to utilize the machine’s capabilities. Next we archive your current device settings and replicate them onto the new device. On top of that, we keep a record of your system, just as a back up for you. Most importantly, we do a training. When setting your install date, make sure key users of the equipment will be around so they can learn about their new equipment from the experts. *Credentials only requested when no IT contact is available day of.
