I am happy to announce the promotion of Jodie Grice to Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. There is nobody better qualified to improve the experience of every customer that works with us. Jodie has been with GoodSuite for over five years and has over 30 years of customer service experience in the industry. Jodie will walk a mile in our customers’ shoes to find ways to improve our Boutique Level of Service. She recognizes that our customers do not want to spend their valuable time worrying about their copiers, printers, computers, digital displays, or system security.
Jodie will focus on improving our Speed of Business response, with a strong focus on proactive downtime prevention. She will analyze every detail of the customer experience and find ways to eliminate interruptions and distractions from our customers’ day-to-day operations, allowing them to get back to their core business.
Jodie is the perfect person for this role, not only because of her vast experience, but also because of her persistent pursuit of excellence. She is passionate in everything she does.
