Kick Off is a time when we come together as a company, refresh our values, celebrate success, and improve processes and strategies to keep our customers going at the speed of business. Our own CHQS team disccussed the direction our company wants to go for the coming year.
This year we had a lot to celebrate. Armond Madirossians beat the long-time winner, Gary Dergazarian, for Account Manager of the Year. Armond is our Major Accounts Manager and works tirelessly to solve cost and service issues for larger companies looking to have their printing services managed for them. Gary however, wasn’t too forlorn, because at Kick Off 2014, it was announced that he is our first-ever Vice President of Sales. Gary has a knack for truly understanding what a customer needs. He fights tooth and nail to get the best pricing, the best leasing options, and the best service for his customers. His tenure at Copier Headquarters has provided hundreds of customers with our boutique level of service. We also took time to recognize those in our company who aren’t necessarily in the field, but who consistently assist our customers and employees. The President’s Award recognizes those in the company who are giving their best effort and making a positive impact here at Copier Headquarters. Our Operations Manager, Melinda Relles, won the 2013 4th Quarter President’s Award, while Paul Cooper took the 2013 title. Both work extra hours to make sure that each customer is being given the time and attention they deserve. Lastly, the winners of 2013’s President’s Club and the location for President’s Club 2014 were announced. President’s Club recognizes the Account Managers who have gone above and beyond towards their sales goals. This year Dan Strull, Paul Cooper, Stuart Fratkin, Gary Dergazarian, and Armond Madirossians will be going to The Boulders Resort in Arizona to relax and enjoy all that the CHQS team accomplished in 2013. 2014’s President’s Club however, goes back to a party town with a celebration in Chicago. Everyone in the office is working hard to hit their goals and get some deep dish pizza in Chicago!
Thank you to the Westlake Village Inn for hosting us and providing us with a beautiful space to refocus on 2014. More importantly, thank you to our customers. We love being able to provide you with our boutique level of service. We answer every call and will gladly take on the tasks that you could do, but don’t want to! Our priority is less hold time and more go time.
