One app that our office loves is Microsoft OneDrive. Here’s why:
- Our administrative team can upload documents and files our entire team needs. That way, even if an Account Manger, analyst, or technician is off-site, he or she can access the important documents
- OneDrive works with many different apps like HelloSign. This is a great function for our office! While discussing the best leasing options for you, we are able to adjust the rates and terms right there on our iPad, plus obtain a signature right then. Now, there is no need to go back and forth signing leasing documents – it can all be done in one meeting. Plus – we can use Mobile Print and have the original versions printed in seconds.
- It can store different types of files. Our office utilizes Excel files for order submission, PDFs for lease paperwork, and we love printing photos on our production machines. OneDrive makes that all possible from anywhere our team may be.
