We answer every phone call live and in-person during business hours. Plus, our technology provides proactive communication with our office, and our team works diligently to know each one of our accounts so no time is wasted when they need us. Although we find it important to donate to causes in our community, we prioritize giving our time to these organizations. We are one of Operation Gratitude’s biggest supporters. This organization offers a program called Battalion Buddies, which offers stuffed teddy bears to the children of recently deployed military personnel. We hand-stuff each bear and personally tag each one. For every hardware order we receive, we tag a bear with that customer’s name and let them know they did something special. We always aim to gather the community around first responders, frontline health workers, and members of the military. The GoodSuite team always sets out to show our support. We even pay employees not to work with our volunteer time-off program, where we pay employees for up to two days of volunteer work.
